Hi all. I have slightly modified and supplemented my old skin for the T-80U, based on a real tank from the TVM-2010 exhibition. You can download mod from this link: https://www.mediafire.com/file/2c8ndmkrp3o26c8/T-80U-TVM_2010.7z/file

You can use DDSUnsplit utility. Just put in in the textures' folder and execute .bat-file. After that u can use any image viewer (for example Irfan Viewer with pluings) or Photoshop with Nvidia DDS plugin.

Arto Cuz wheels uses textures from "wheelse" folder not "wheels" (its for suspension).

its impossible

it's very simple: some people don't need competitors. If fans create content just as well as profi, this can raise questions among prods: why we pay a full-time designer if amateurs can create content just as well, and in some places even better. Another amazing work by Arto! PS: Arto, why u dont use BC1 format for saving your textures, it can save SO much disk space.

Phew, finally I was able to remake and polish this semi-historical Lizzie skin for the Chieftain Mk10. Now the camo is correctly applied to the version of the tank with and without Stillbrew. I hope you like it. Link: http://www.mediafire.com/file/17braub3usrqk61/chieftainmk5.zip

A short video tutorial on how I assemble tanks for AW in 3ds max. Utilities used: Noesis and UnsplitDDS. Turn on subtitles!

I have return :) More assembled models for the game. Feel free to use it on Subtsance Painter for your visual mods! Rooikat 76 https://www.mediafire.com/file/okw1ub30q1bqvui/rooikat.zip/file . Wheels for this model uses 'wheelse' folder, but suspension - 'wheels'. Несмотря на твои усилия, второй пост (на форуме) не сделает погон башни подходящим для корпуса БМП.

What do you use to create tank skins? Photoshop, GIMP or Substance Painter? As I see it, many people just use 2d-editors, but do not paint tanks in the texture editors themselves, like a Substance Painter. Thanks to Substenсе Painter, you can create very complex camouflages in one run and see the result immediately (stripes and spots that start on the turret and continue on the hull or sidekirts). This is how I managed to create Arctic skin for the T-90A (see screen below). In the usual way, with Photoshop, this would take a HUGE amount of time, and it’s not a fact that it would be possible to do all this successfully. Why shouldn't modders use Substance Painter? You load an already tuned game model into it, paint as you need, then simply export the finished result right away. Just import this .obj model (for example i prepared WZ-1224 model) into your Substance Painter and try paint something on it. I hope this will be useful for TobiichiOrigami, Lucasino, Arto and other modders. https://www.mediafire.com/file/gqzpt8zbfpy1u9r/wz-1224.zip/file WZ-1224 https://www.mediafire.com/file/heqdezfffk7bstv/leo2a4.zip/file Leopard 2A4 (this tank uses Leo2A6 wheels, keep that in mind)
