(The following content describes fictional events) In 2022, Germany carried out a large-scale upgrade of the old Leopard 2A5 model, with major improvements focusing on protection, firepower, and new equipment. The main gun is a 120mm L44, equipped with a new type of APFSDS, namely the DM83 (p). This ammunition is experimental, primarily enhancing velocity and penetration. The turret armor has been reinforced, with new reactive armor installed, as well as an APS. The original smoke launcher was removed and replaced with a large-caliber smoke launcher (in the game, it is actually the T-14’s APS, but I categorized it as a smoke launcher for decorative purposes). There is a drone gun mounted on top of the turret. A new targeting system has been added to the front of the turret to lock onto incoming nearby missiles. 1. Large areas of soft composite reactive armor are installed on both sides of the vehicle. The left side has been fitted with grid armor, so soft composite reactive armor is not installed there. 2. Rubber skirts are installed at the front lower section. 3. The original BMPT's gun shield and launcher are replaced with the BMPT-72's gun shield and launcher. 4. The original BMPT's cannon model is replaced with the T-15's cannon model. This improvement will affect the BMPT 2017 bmpt.zip The placement of soft-pack composite reactive armor requires a lot of time to adjust, in order to make the gaps between each piece of soft-pack composite reactive armor roughly the same.

Based on TobiichiOrigami's mod, I removed some elements and added some new ones (I didn't really know what I wanted to change, so I just randomly looked up some elements related to the US military online). After the BMP-2's missile launcher was hidden and fired a missile, the sparks that appeared were still visible. To address this, I added a launcher from another vehicle, which makes it reasonable. The launcher used is for the 9M123 missile. Unlike the second variant of the BMP-2M with a Rank 9 designation, which uses the 9M120, the one I installed is the 9M123. bmp-2.zip

This improvement mainly modified the gun shield and barrel. Accessories from other vehicles were added. The appearance of the original 120mm M256 main gun was very poor, so I replaced it with the 120mm KM256 main gun from Korea's K1A1. There are some issues regarding the XM1A3 improvements. I hid the 140mm main gun, and similarly, I also hid the 120mm main gun. The appearance of both guns is unified using the 120mm KM256 main gun model from the K1A1. The storage racks at the back of the turrets of the M1A2 and XM1A3 were replaced with the storage racks from the M1A1 AIM, whereas I did not add the storage racks for the M1A2C. The storage racks on M1A2C and XM1A3 have no items, while the M1A2 storage rack has items, but I do not know the file name, which prevents me from hiding the items on the M1A2 storage rack. Since the files were encrypted, many people can no longer modify the original vehicles. I’m sharing modifications I’ve done before, and you can ignore them if you don’t like them. This mod is pretty unorthodox compared to the others. It is a mod changes some of vehicle's name and description (including change description when change a skin of some vehicles) aimed to make some vehicles to make it become more ''accurate''. Since it is designed to be used for my personnel use (I post it here solely due to friend's request), it might not totally historical accurate, as I change mainly the vehicles that I use often. Still, a creative suggestions are welcome. These pictures are a few examples of mod (there are more changes than these). If you find it interesting you can try. PS. The Gold version of the hull has a large amount of reactive armor on both sides, a shovel of the Centurion AVRE on the front of the hull, and an oil drum on the back.
