I notice that it's a game bug. When you're shooting mg in 3rd person mode and suddenly switch to a sniper mode, the sound will be lower. And when you're shooting mg in the sniper mode and suddenly switch to the 3rd person mode, the sound will work as it used to. So, I hope dev will fix this bug.
