Ridgeway turret cosmetics for Thunderbolt 1 and 2

Added turret cosmetics from the Ridgeway turret to regular M8-105 and M8-120. Takes base paint and camo properly, cloth and straps are deliberately kept gray and black regardless of camo and environment.
