  1. More changes incoming, source: https://armoredwarfare.com/en/news/general/rough-riders-battle-path-improvements Comments/replies by SS on official Discord server: The previous reward at rank 43 was a platinum booster. If you already have the Griffin 120mm, you'll get 1500 coins as compensation upon reaching rank 43. MPF LT parts will have the same cost and drop rates as other vehicles parts i.e. Gadyuka and CV90120 Ghost etc. The addition of MPF LT parts is "very likely a one-time event", i.e. for this upcoming BP only.

  7. Source: https://armoredwarfare.com/en/news/general/rough-riders-battle-path-info-and-preorder Comments from SS in official Discord server as well as any other additional notes: The pre-order prices are 15 EUR for the standard bundle, and 50 EUR for the "Epic" bundles with 50,000 coins or 10 boosters. Previous BP pre-orders were around 10 and 35 EUR respectively. The Prime skins were originally chain mission rewards from the Last Patriot Battle Path in 2019 for tier 6 RDF/LT, Expeditionary Tank, and MBT-70, as well as CATTB i.e. the BP's ultimate prize back then. The Freedom Rider skin was also for the CATTB from the Last Patriot BP. The compensations for already owning older premiums or other items in the BP will be around "1500 coins with some exceptions" SS acknowledges about the reduction in coins per compensation but there are potentially more items to compensate in this BP The initial ranks will still cost 4500 coins as with recent BPs, but they will get more expensive down the line: Ranks 2-20: 4500 coins Ranks 21-35: 6000 coins Ranks 36-50: 7200 coins On the other hand, mission chains will also give out coins as rewards. This together with compensations and support events (i.e. marathon events where players get one reward a day for 5 PvE kills in one match or 1 PvP kill per day for several weeks) Anthony Diaz's skills remain more or less unchanged since the 0.22 commander system overhaul, and will remain so for this upcoming BP. When asked how much is "a lot of Battle Coins" for Diaz's compensation, SS said 20k. SS also comments that "[Samuel] Thorpe change comes first", although there is still no ETA for that Diaz was originally an exclusive reward for those who signed up for closed beta between December 2014 and January 2015. The mission chains will be split to different tier pools, i.e. 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, and 9-10. Tier 3 vehicles typically weren't eligible for most BP missions as the missions were typically limited to Hardcore difficulty, but SS indicates that the upcoming BP will address that issue.

  9. Source: https://armoredwarfare.com/en/news/general/development-xm1302 Comments from SS on official Discord server: The Mitigation ability is passive and it has no cooldown time Regarding player concerns on using premium tanks to unlock more tanks in the future, SS says the upcoming system will also apply to regular progression vehicles.
  10. Source: https://armoredwarfare.com/en/news/general/development-rdflt-ares Comments from SS on official Discord server: SS admits that this Ares-armed version of RDF/LT is overtiered, even though it should be in the same generation as tier 6's Exp Tank (and the other RDF/LT). Although there has been a lot of demand for the HSTV-L, it seems unlikely to come: "Ultimately, this is a game, not a simulator. HSTVL is not enough for Tier 10 because we decided it is not. It's really obsolete tech... But yes, we could make it into Tier 10. We could make Maus a Tier 10 if we wanted. But we don't." Light tanks will get buffed along with this BP's launch, though only those that need one, not all light tanks

  13. Source: https://armoredwarfare.com/en/news/general/update-0320-now-available AFAIK the Object 292 was first mentioned by SS in 2021 as something he wants to have in the game, before it was officially given an article in 2023. 2 more years later the T-80 progression line is finally complete, with Object 292 added to the game today. The third engine of Object 292 lacks English localisation and is only in Russian at the moment. There may be other bugs as well, which I will add to this thread if reported by others. There are reports that some PvE or Spec Ops matches with T-80BVM may not count towards the Object 292 unlock progression, but the cause to this issue is not yet known.
  14. The In Development article got bumped again, this time with additional details at the bottom of the page:
  15. The drop list + rates can now been seen in-game as a result of Update 0.310 on 24th April 2025:
  16. Source: https://armoredwarfare.com/en/news/general/update-0310-now-available Other notes and issues: Steam and Epic Game Store clients originally had a problem with localisation after the update, but it was solved within 2 hours via a hotfix. If anyone still gets the problem, they should close the game, the launcher, and restart Steam/EGS client to initiate the hotfix download. The Apocalypse Spec Ops mission chain had a somewhat long hiatus and history It was originally comprised of Plague, Famine, War, and Death. Burning Grounds, on the other hand, was supposed to be the first season of Exodus, but there were no further missions for that particular chain as it didn't go as well as the devs back then had hoped. According to SS on official Discord server, "the task to convert Apocalypse and Exodus to weekend SO was launched... in December 2022. Expected completion was February 2023. Turned out to be quite [complicated]." The problem was also mentioned in several streams. Plague was pushed out of the 4-mission Spec Ops chain when Burning Grounds was introduced, meaning it had been unavailable since 30th November 2021... Until now (hopefully). Despite what SS said in the previous streams, each Apocalypse run only gives 1 crate upon completion just like other Spec Ops chain. Desert Ajax skin's texture is broken Silver Supply Crate does not have a list of possible drops and rates
  17. 1.5+ years later, we have new Object 292 screenshots from the relatively new Armored Warfare subreddit (i.e. it's r/armored_warfare, not the older r/armoredwarfare). The hard kill APS launchers are missing compared to the 2023 screenshots. Maciek states the newer screenshots are in 100% stock configuration.
  18. There are changes to the Mercenary Loot Crates since 10th April's update. There are now more vehicles added to the prize pool, but it seems that it's no longer possible to get duplicates hence no gold for compensation. The difference is quite noticeable as shown by one of the players, who opened 15 before the update, and another 15 after the pool changes. Known drops combined from official website and Maciek's message in Discord server:
  19. Source: https://armoredwarfare.com/en/news/general/update-0305-now-available The chain BP missions were temporarily disabled on 7th April and fixed in today's update. Drive-by Diplomacy (Series I, Mission 4)'s requirement description has been updated, but the actual requirement itself appears to remain unchanged. Maciek provided a list of the 23 extra vehicles on official Discord server. They are: IS-7 IS-7 Defender T-55 Enigma Expeditionary Tank Uncle Sam ERC 90 F4 Liberté Vickers VFM5 T-72AV ICE OF-40 ICE BTR-82A BMP-2M M2020 Leopard Cockerill AS90 Gepard Otomatic Osorio Centurion AVRE Arjun Object 225 TR-85M1 T-72M1 M60A3 SLEP BVP M-80A SS says this patch also has a fix for gold subscription bug, but it may not work for everyone, so it's not mentioned in the patch notes.
  20. BP chain missions have been disabled on 7th April. ETA for fix is "likely Thursday" according to SS. Explanation from SS on official Discord server: Update: Fixed on 10th April

  22. The Shadow Protocol Battle Path is now live. https://armoredwarfare.com/en/news/general/shadow-protocol-battle-path-prize-highlights https://armoredwarfare.com/en/news/general/shadow-protocol-battle-path-info-and-preorder https://armoredwarfare.com/en/news/general/developer-diary-shadow-protocol-changes https://armoredwarfare.com/en/news/general/shadow-protocol-battle-path-now-available Related thread: Battle path will last for 112 days. Entry costs are 3,999 gold for standard pass, and 19,999 gold for a golden pass (with 50,000 battle coins) If you already have the M1A1 AIM upon reaching Rank 45, you'll get 2000 coins as compensation without in-game notifications. Known issue(s): Missions currently cannot be completed on legacy “reskin” vehicles (such as T-72AV ICE) Some of the chain missions may not work properly, and/or do not match the described requirements. Rush Hour (Series I, Mission 1) requires you to destroy 3 vehicles before any of your teammate takes even 1 kill in PvE Drive-by Diplomacy (Series I, Mission 4) seems to require you to destroy at least a certain number of vehicles over 8 matches One player reported completing Three Minutes is Enough! (Series II, Mission 4) despite only destroying 5 vehicles Bumper Humper (Series IV, Mission 1) actually requires you to destroy a capping enemy by ramming, not just damaging it to interrupt its capture progress. Will update this post if there more reported here or elsewhere.

  24. Source: https://armoredwarfare.com/en/news/general/update-0280-now-available Not mentioned in patch notes, but the Seahawks Battle Path has been extended to 1st April Today's update also fixes last week's login bonus issue Many tier 7-10 single shot gun TDs now have quick ammo switch, but those with ready racks or clip remain unchanged. Palmaria's collision fix occurred last month, but is mentioned here again.
  25. Source: https://armoredwarfare.com/en/news/general/shadow-protocol-battle-path-prize-highlights Many of the "exclusive" skins seem to be China server content now becoming available to the global server. The three Type 96B Biathlon skins have been around for several years. The Rosomak's Wing Hussar skin is teased on the official Twitter account in January. SS initially claimed that we're not getting that particular skin as it's "definitely copyrighted". The in-game skin still looks somewhat similar, but not quite the same.
