Haswell 294 Posted March 1, 2020 I honestly have no idea how crew experience get calculated, the number at the end doesn't seem to match up with the XP I earn no matter how I try to modify the visible multipliers. From what I recall, back when the game had the base system there was a building that gave a bonus to crew XP. I can't remember the precise numbers, but I reckon that has something to do with it.
