Oh God yeah that armor spot near the front driver and commander's hatches it eats everything, and the turret gets the crap kicked out of it alot, the lack or ERA and skirts makes you vulnerable to auto cannons. I think its slower than the Ramka-99.
I think it failed in a pvp environment for having too weak of an armor scheme mixed with its poor mobility and camo, the lack of burst fire with its ATGMs didn't help.
