When someone asks SS about Stryker ADAT's modules, which requires players to complete enough contract missions to unlock, SS said the devs will plan to unlock them once it becomes directly available on dealer. There is a precedent to this: K1A1's upgrade modules originally required players to collect enough parts from crates (via mission completion in a system that preceded current contract system), and each upgrade now requires a large sum of XP and credits to unlock instead.
