I did a little bit of research and found that some of the relevant developers that are currently involved with meta are Owlcat, One-O-One GAMES, and NEXT Studios. SS said there was a studio that had previously made models for games, and FOX3D ENTERTAINMENT had made models for AW. NEXT Studios is owned by Tencent, so if there are no new developers. The new developer will most likely be Owlcat, FOX3D ENTERTAINMENT.  And it does fit one is apparently quite well known（Owlcat）.
