This mod is pretty unorthodox compared to the others. It is a mod changes some of vehicle's name and description (including change description when change a skin of some vehicles) aimed to make some vehicles to make it become more ''accurate''. Since it is designed to be used for my personnel use (I post it here solely due to friend's request), it might not totally historical accurate, as I change mainly the vehicles that I use often. Still, a creative suggestions are welcome. These pictures are a few examples of mod (there are more changes than these). If you find it interesting you can try. PS. The mod might be update sometimes if it is deemed to be a good idea. Latest update: Update 0.205 (9/19/2024) localization.zip

Skin for tier 7 M1A1 Abrams based primarily on tank 12 "Archangel" of Australian Army 1st Armoured Regiment with matching callsign and serial numbers applied. Pattern is kept mostly accurate with some necessary adjustments due to how the UV mapping works out. Also included is a skin for the tier 8 M1A1 AIM using the same base pattern but with the name and numbers of tank 23B "Barely Legal" from the same regiment. Perhaps in the AW timeline, the WZ-1224 prototype landed a nice retirement as a parade tank. Based on a 1980s parade paintjob for a PLA Type 80 tank, adapted to the WZ's more angular shape and different suspension. Can anyone change the turret from the BMP-2 to the turret with the Scorpion Kastet? I just want to get something similar to the BMP-1U in the photo below You don't need to paint. I'll do it myself, in the hangar with in-game paints and camo

This mod changes the standard appearance of the T-80B with dynamic protection to a real-life nominal Russian tank T-80BV "Stavropol", participating in the armed conflict between Russia and Ukraine Attention - I am not the author of the mod. I just published this work. The author of the mod prefers to remain anonymous. This post is not politically motivated. Just a historical visual on the tank. Nothing more https://cloud.mail.ru/public/b26Y/TnBb3sYBE

It has always bothered me that many of the older models in game are lacking some of the finer details of the newer tank models, most notably turret mounted machine guns and external fuel drums. I decided to compile a list together of most of the in-game models missing those features in the hopes that some of the fantastic modders on this site can rectify this issue and possibly combine them all into one large pack. I included models that clearly had empty mounts, there are most likely more that can be added but these were the ones I could find on my own. Some have already been fixed by other users but I went ahead and included them as well. * = Already fixed by a prior mod Missing fuel drums Missing MGs

Added turret cosmetics from the Ridgeway turret to regular M8-105 and M8-120. Takes base paint and camo properly, cloth and straps are deliberately kept gray and black regardless of camo and environment.

Disclaimer: this is not intended to step on the developers shoes or be used to bypass the gold cost of decals. My intention is to allow people to change the generally not very nice looking, and generally pretty abandoned, battalion decals with images of whatever you want. For me that is the Slovenian armed forces logo, for others it might be something else. If I am told that this is crossing any kind of line in the sand and told to remove the entry, I will. Anyway... I finally managed to use my big idiot brain and figured out how to replace the decals in AW with different images. Battalion decals included of course. The file below will replace the shark battalion decal with the LABS rat, like so. Installation is easy and simple. all you do is plop the .dd file in the correct folder, like in the screenshot: If you want to make your own replacement, it's easy and simple, you can do it yourself or ask me, and I'll gladly help. All you do is put a dds file (you can easily convert .png files to dds online, I used this website, or use paint.net using the dtx5 settings, whatever that means, im a boomer) of whatever you want to add to the game with the name of whatever decal you wish to replace in the correct folder (see above). In the case of the LABS decal that is decalbattalion21.dds - the size of decals seems to generally be 1024x1024 You can find the name of the decal you are trying to replace if you open the decals-0000.pak file with 7zip. The pak is located as seen in the image - you can drag the files from the zip into a normal folder to see which decal is which and edit them (or new .dds files) using paint.net location: opened using 7zip (not extracted): decal files dragged into a normal file explorer folder: If you have any issues feel free to contact me here, or on Discord - Sladjan decalbattalion21.dds

Here I am with another shitpost mod, except this time some of it is legit effort. This comes with 3 versions, a full shitpost VT-4"B" styled after the Type99B with dozer, ERA and ATGMs. You can also have versions that only include the ERA and dozer or just the ERA.

If it's possible, can anyone make a similar camouflage for the T-64A tier 5? I tried to do it in the in-game editor, but it didn't work... If possible, can you add the emblem of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in addition to the camouflage?

Welcome to my shop - BootlegCamosCIO, where everything is free! My name is Ivo, I'll be your host and here are the items I can offer to you today, ladies and gentlemen! I made different skins for the game, replacing the "Drought 1" file (camo with 3 colors, so 3 colors change with the different seasons), since it's the easiest to unlock. I'm kinda new player, so I don't have many skins nor paint colors, so whoever has more paint will have more options for colors than the camos you can seen. Anyway, Drought 1 is camo is changing depending on the map(forest, desert, snow) and so will the skins. I was using Easy American, Desert American and NATO (white) paint for most of the skins. In the wide picture you can see 4 out of the 15 camos I've made and in the google doc link I've provided screenshots for all of the camos with the different seasons. How you can install this mod: 1 - Go into the "gamesdk" folder in your Armored Warfare folder. 2 - Find (the files at the bottom) and unpacking the "textures-0015.pak" file using 7zip. 3 - For the game to read the extracted files you need to rename/delete/put in a different folder the "textures-0015.pak file". If you'll delete it, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A COPY of it somewhere because you'll need it when there is a new patch, if you rename it, just fix it's name! (Why do you need to do that every patch? Because the game checks if all of it's files are present and if they aren't you'll be downloading extra 6-7 gb and you'll need to do everything from step 1 to 6 again) 4 - Now you should have 2 new folders - "objects" and "textures". 5 - To find the Drought 1 camo you'll need to enter the camo_textures folder. You get there by entering those folders: objects -> vehicles -> texture_universal -> camo_paint -> camo_textures. 6 - The file for Drought 1 camo is "camo_camo_dealer_is_01.dds" copy and paste my camos in that folder to replace the default Drought 1 camo. If you've done everything so far properly, now the game will read the camo you've replaced the default Drought 1 and you'll see it in game.If you want to use somebody elses camos and my own, if their camos replace the Drought 1, just rename my or their camos so that they replace a different default camo, like Drought 2(camo_camo_dealer_is_02.dds), etc. You can yourself customize your camos using "paint.net" and you can do it live - while the game is running. Open the dds file with paint.net, do some changes, save the changes. To see the changes in-game just dismount and mount the camo on your tank. You can preview and download my camos here https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1oZcUiNrqI4QTIxQH6gc6GG36FdPbZW1F?usp=sharing Have fun, tankers! :) P.S.:I'm not saying my camos are perfect, Hamsell and Grimm are making their camos from the ground up and they are THE people who put the most effort into the mods, but I believe the camos I've made look awesome and many people can enjoy them. And thanks for the help to start me off, Hamsell and Grimm! :D

All the camos were originally made to replace drought camo. You can easily replace it with a different camo by just changing their name, but results may vary. I will keep this updated. Fell free to ask me for camos, but I'm not obligated to make them.
