(The following content describes fictional events) In 2022, Germany carried out a large-scale upgrade of the old Leopard 2A5 model, with major improvements focusing on protection, firepower, and new equipment. The main gun is a 120mm L44, equipped with a new type of APFSDS, namely the DM83 (p). This ammunition is experimental, primarily enhancing velocity and penetration.
