The Chinese ZTQ-15 light tank has the nickname Black Panther (yes, just like the Korean K2 MBT), and it has a special decal for that reason. this mod will change the Leopard decal into the one used on ZTQ-15. As it is an in-game decal, it is indeed available for all vehicles. What you need in your inventory: Leopard decal (free, obtainable during 2021/2022 Christmas and New Year event) How to install: copy this file to your localization folder. English.zip
